Renovation (Flats)
AEM Stiwdio delivered the design for a roof conversion and full internal renovation of a flat in Cardiff. The project creates additional habitable space within the existing roof, reconfigures the internal layout, and adds new door and window openings to improve daylight and access. All proposals were prepared to meet UK Building Regulations and local planning requirements.
