M&P Swansea — Motorcycle Showroom | Scan-to-BIM Measured Survey & Revit Model
An as-built measured building survey and Scan-to-BIM conversion of a two-storey motorcycle showroom and retail dealership in Swansea. From a registered point cloud (RCP) captured by 3D laser scanning, we developed a fully coordinated as-built Revit BIM model (Revit 2025) to an approximate geometric accuracy of ±5 mm at key measurable locations.
The scope of work centred on converting dense point-cloud data into a clean, drawing-ready model that faithfully captured the showroom's open retail floor, mezzanine and customer areas. From the model we extracted a complete A0 drawing set — ground and first-floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, external elevations and building sections — issued in PDF and DWG with a full issue sheet and version control.
Services: Point cloud to Revit (Scan-to-BIM), as-built BIM model, 2D drawing production.

Gwent Police, Vantage House — Scan-to-BIM Measured Survey & As-Built Revit Model
An as-built measured building survey and point-cloud-to-Revit conversion of a multi-storey office building (ground, first and second floors) for Gwent Police. Working from a registered point cloud and mesh model produced by 3D laser scanning, we converted the RCP data into a fully navigable as-built Revit BIM model (Revit 2025) to approximately ±5 mm accuracy at key locations.
The scale and challenge of the project lay in capturing a large multi-level floor plate and resolving it into precise, coordinated general arrangement drawings. Deliverables comprised a complete A0 set — GA floor plans, GA elevations and reflected ceiling layouts (all as existing) — issued in PDF and DWG alongside the native Revit model, mesh and point cloud, with a managed issue register.
Services: Point cloud to Revit conversion, as-built Revit model, GA drawing extraction.

Barry WWTW, Pump Room — Confined-Space Scan-to-BIM (MEP)
An as-built Scan-to-BIM survey of the below-ground pump room at Barry Wastewater Treatment Works (WWTW), South Wales — a deep, confined chamber set roughly 4 m below ground level and extending some 18 m in length. The space is a low-light wet well densely packed with large-diameter process pipework, flanged valves, pumps, cable trays and grated access platforms, making it one of the more technically demanding environments to capture and model.
All assets were recorded by 3D laser scanning and registered into a point cloud (RCP), which we converted into an accurate as-built Revit MEP model (Revit 2025) to an approximate accuracy of ±5 mm at key measurable locations. The core scope of work was untangling dense, overlapping services into a coordinated digital record, from which we produced a measured A0 sheet comprising a 1:50 pump room layout and detailed cross-sections (Sections A and B) for asset management and refurbishment planning.
